I cannot begin to express how phenomenal Rita Persaud is. She was referred to us by a family member to assist with the sale of my mother’s home. We had 2 brokers come look at our house before listing. Rita was very personable, and was interested in us as people not just in selling our home and making money. The other broker was not. Rita suggested things we could do to improve the way our house would show, and was very tactful about all my clutter :) During this process, my father passed away and Rita was very compassionate and worked with us to make it easier on me. Rita also helped me buy another house, and every step of the way she told me if I wanted to walk away and find something different I could. There was never any pressure, and never did I feel like I was bothering her with my many many questions. Too bad there are only 5 stars as Rita truly deserves more. I couldn't believe how quick she sold my property--posted Friday 9PM, offer at selling price signed and sealed Sunday at 10 AM. From start to closing Rita was there not just as an agent but more as a caring friend!
